Pulpit Minister
Judge Morris has a long history with Carbondale. He served the Lord at Carbondale during the 1970s while he was still attending Oklahoma Christian University. During that time, he directed a personal work program, youth ministry, bus program and preached occasionally.
Judge met and married his wife Caryl at Carbondale. Later, they both worked with the Broken Arrow Church of Christ where Judge served at Youth Minister. After a 7 year tenure there, Judge served as Pulpit Minister for congregations in Borger, Texas, Oklahoma City, and Mannford. His work has also included a singles ministry, education ministry, and family counseling.
Now Judge and Caryl have come full circle and are back home at Carbondale. Judge says "We both feel tremendously blessed to be returning to the place 'Where Love Abounds'. It is our prayer that through our combined efforts that God will continue to use each one of us as his intruments to touch this community with the gospel of His love."
